Training on Legal Alignment
The training on Legal Alignment was attended by the civil servants who are dealing with two negotiating chapters of the EU acquis Chapter 11 – Agriculture and Rural Development and Chapter 12 – Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary
The training was focused on examples of legal transposition and preparation of negotiating process for given chapters. The main legal concepts and principles were covered by the two referred chapters, explained and elaborated.
