For the MOD, as a public administration body, the continuous development and improvement of the human capacities are of the utmost importance. The closer collaboration with ReSPA would contribute to the improvement of the knowledge and skills of the civil servants in the MOD. Since the areas of defense and security are significant for the region, the closer cooperation between ReSPA and MOD would contribute to the exchange of expertize, experience and practices within the peers from the regional countries. Furthermore, it was agreed that there is also room for establishing the cooperation in other areas of common interests, such as integrity.
