Workshop on Coaching, 27 – 28 February 2018, Belgrade
The members of the Working group on Human Resource Management and Development gathered in Belgrade on 27 and 28 February 2018. The workshop provided them with the opportunity to learn about the research initiatives regarding coaching, performance evaluation, civil service reform, public service motivation and integrity management.
The experience from Serbia on the introduction of coaching served as a base for discussion on the main issues that should have been taken into consideration when introducing coaching in the Western Balkans. The workshop resulted in the preparation of the outline for the performance evaluation study, as well as the recommendations for the introduction of coaching in the Western Balkans.
