The visit of the Delegation from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences to ReSPA
ReSPA welcomed the delegation from Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS) at its premises on 27 June 2018. The meeting was accompanied by the representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration of Montenegro and Human Resource Management Authority (HRMA). The discussions highlighted the most prominent achievements in the Western Balkan region and future plans of ReSPA. The Ministry of Public Administration and HRMA presented its development priorities and needs.
Finally, representatives of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, which is leading think tank and distinguished academic institution in China, elaborated on the state of the art of SASS. It was mentioned that it includes 17 institutes and more than 20 interdisciplinary centers, while employing 760 staff. It was noted that SASS has signed over 60 cooperative agreements with international partners and has interest for transcontinental projects. The meeting ended with the discussion on possible cooperation between ReSPA, i.e. Western Balkan region and SASS, which will be continued in the forthcoming period.
