RESPA Regional study on service delivery presented at the Smart e-Government International Conference in Belgrade
ReSPA has taken an active participation at the Smart e-Government the fourteen International Conference and Exhibition, in Belgrade, Serbia. ReSPA has presented the findings and the recommendations from its recent Regional study on Service delivery in the Western Balkans and raised a lot of interest.
The entire conference was organized by Association for Computing, Informatics, Telecommunications and New Media of Serbia together with Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia, Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the IT professionals from the public and private sectors. The conference gathered senior managers from public administration and business, e-Government policy makers, industry leaders, academics and luminaries to share knowledge and experience in all aspects of e-Government service development and Trusted Electronic Identification.
