One of main focus areas of RESPA intervention, public service delivery, includes Digital transformation which makes strong basis for the collaboration with Regional Cooperation Council and other stakeholders. The topic of the 8th October meeting (Steering Committee of the Digital Summit) in Tirana, Albania particularly underlined the need to place emerging themes under four building blocks: Network & connectivity, Trust & security, Digital skills and Digital economies. As for the previous Digital Summits, the event planned for April 2020 in Tirana will gather the most prominent experts, seniors public servants, academia,  business representatives, think tanks and it is expected that ReSPA will contribute to the event programme.
