Towards effective performance appraisal in the Western Balkans: How to develop performance?
On 14th and 15th October 2020, ReSPA organized the Workshop on performance appraisal devoted to the presentation of the Guidelines: "Towards effective performance appraisal in the Western Balkans: How to develop performance?"
During the workshop, the participants had the opportunity to exchange the experience of performance appraisal of the civil servants among the ReSPA members. The workshop also provided opportunity for the participants to get familiar with the electronic performance appraisal and with the new trends like agile performance appraisal.
