Online Workshop on sharing good practices in Merit-Based Recruitment in the Western Balkans was organized on 02^nd and 03^rd November 2020. The workshop provided an opportunity for presenting the framework for the self-assessment of merit-based recruitment that has been developed by ReSPA for the Western Balkans as well as presenting good practices that are evident with distinct aspects of merit-based recruitment in Western Balkan countries. Besides the representatives of the HRMD working group, the workshop gattered regional and international experts who worked on the development of the study and SIGMA/OECD representatives.
