ReSPA and KDZ have organised the second Module of the External CAF Feedback Expert (EFAC) training
ReSPA, in cooperation with KDZ and within BACID II project, has been organising three-module trainings on CAF External Feedback Process (PEF) for CAF correspondents and practitioners in the Western Balkans, as well as for the ReSPA Staff.
During the two-day virtual training, the attendees dived into how the system and process of the Professional External Feedback Procedure (PEF) works. They were introduced with all necessary instruments and techniques for preparing and delivering a Professional External CAF Feedback Procedure such as CAF External Feedback Questionnaires, preparation of the CAF External Feedback Procedure, Scoring system as well as of application procedure for getting Effective CAF User label.
During the first day of the training, Philip Parzer and Thomas Prorok , senior consultants at the KDZ, guided the attendees through the elements of CAF External Feedback Procedure and presented Scoring within PEF. Experience with the implementation of CAF at University of Lisabon was presented by Isabel Soares and Silvia Vicente, while Isabelle Verschueren presented how the CAF is promoted and how standard PEF procedure is done in Belgium.
On the second day, Philip Parzer informed the participants about the “Effective CAF User” procedure from the perspective of KDZ as National organizer in Austria while Eva-Sejrek Tunke presented PEF practice in Austria focusing on tasks and responisibilities of EFAC/external evaluators during the actual evaluation, thus guiding participants through aplication of the 3 CAF External Feedback Questionnaires.
The third Module of the training – Practice Lab will occur on 18-19 of March.
After successfully completing the three-module training program, the participants will be equipped with the knowledge on how to deliver a Professional External CAF Feedback Procedure and obtain a certification of KDZ as “CAF External Feedback Actor. (EFAC)”. Therefore, future EFACs will be in the position to implement the external CAF feedback procedure in their countries.
Upon the completion of the training, ReSPA will establish CAF External Feedback Actors Network which will gather all EFAC practitioners from ReSPA member countries in the Western Balkans. ReSPA will host and support this Network within the CAF Regional Resource Centre as an integral part of the ReSPA Regional Quality Management Centre (RQMC).
