ReSPA and SIGMA are co-organizing the 6th IPA regional Public Procurement Conference in Danilovgrad, Montenegro from 20-21 June 2013.
The
first day of the event will consist on presentations of issues related to New
EU Legislative package on public procurement;
Public Procurement Training in the Region;
Q&A sessions.
The second day will focus primarily on the
development of national public procurement frameworks on each of the countries
of the Region, the challenges they face and how they are overcoming those
challenges.
