Ms Olivera Damjanović, ReSPA Programme Manager, presented work of ReSPA in the digitalisation area regarding the assistance that  ResPA provides to the Western Balkans public administrations, focusing on their common and specific priorities and needs derived from PAR documents as well as on the innovative ways of work.

Participants got information on the variety of activities ReSPA implements, such as E GOV Seasonal Schools, OGP regional workshops, developing of analytical documents, In-country support, E GOV pilots.
