ReSPA has started with the CAF implementation in the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption of North Macedonia
Regional Quality Management Centre of ReSPA has started with the new CAF implementation in the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption in Skopje, North Macedonia.
Starting as an In-Country support project and pursuing within the BACID III, ReSPA continues with the mass implementation of CAF in the Republic of North Macedonia. Olivera Damjanović and Slaven Bukarica – an RQMC team of ReSPA, and CAF Expert Igor Markovski will guide 20 employees appointed as the CAF team and Self-Assessment Group throughout three CAF Workshops and bring them closer to the CAF principles and its use as an EU quality management tool tailored to the needs of the public administration institutions. The ultimate goal is to build their capacities to improve overall institutional performances that will reflect better public services for our citizens.
In the first Workshop, Slaven Bukarica and Igor Markovski introduced the CAF model and explained the CAF process. Through the work in groups, they assisted participants (members of the Self-assessment Group) in practising the CAF Questionnaire.
Following CAF Workshops will be held in upcoming months.
As an "Effective CAF-USER" and QM focal point of expertise in the region, ReSPA within RQMC is working on increasing the institutionalisation of CAF within public institutions. ReSPA aims to upgrade administrations' quality management as a prerequisite for better work performance and better public services for our citizens.
