ReSPA has started with the CAF implementation in PARCO, BiH: For the first time, the Workshop was facilitated by CAF Facilitators trained within our RQMC
Sarajevo – PARCO is a new member of an increasing number of public administration institutions implementing CAF 2020. In the first Workshop held today, PARCO’s Self-assessment Group members were introduced to the CAF model and CAF process and practised the CAF Questionnaire by working in groups.
This was a unique opportunity for our new CAF Facilitators, Mubera Begić, Expert Adviser for PAR – Service Delivery and Miroslav Zeković, Expert Аdviser for PAR - Public Finances, to facilitate CAF Workshop for their colleagues from PARCO.
With the support of our RQMC Team, Olivera Damjanović and Slaven Bukarica and Kenan Avdagić, CAF Correspondent for BiH, they put into practice what they learned during training provided by ReSPA Regional Quality Management Centre and KDZ.
