ReSPA Director and Managing Director of KDZ handed over the “CAF Effective User” Certificate to the Director of the FBiH Civil Service Agency, at a promotional event jointly organized today by ReSPA, the Agency and KDZ in the premises of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Director Handjiska-Trendafilova underscored ReSPA's invaluable and ever-growing regional in-house capacity within the Regional Quality Management Centre and readiness for further boosting the quality of institutional performance and public services for the citizens: "Today's event is also very important for ReSPA and for our Regional Quality Management Centre. In just 2 years, and under the selfless mentorship of KDZ, we have established a recognizable regional resource centre, introduced CAF in close to 10 institutions, established collaboration with 11 experts and CAF ambassadors, and trained a group of 26 experts for External Feedback from the Western Balkans public administrations. This is an invaluable regional in-house capacity that we will continue to develop.”
