ReSPA held the third–final CAF Workshop at the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) in Skopje. After two successful CAF Workshops in CAF implementation and well-conducted self-assessment with detected shortcomings and areas for improvement in the institution, today's Workshop focused on developing the CAF Action Plan.

The self-assessment team went through clustered recommended actions for improvement and agreed on future actions and concrete measures. Today's Workshop for prioritisation resulted in a good Plan for implementing activities that will contribute to more efficient work of SCPC and, gradually, provide better services to citizens and businesses in North Macedonia.

During the next 1-3 years, they will work on digitalisation, improvement of organisational structure and management, professional development of employees and staff satisfaction survey, providing higher quality work and providing better services and improving the working environment on their path to excellence. The team members will track the project's status and discuss possible challenges, not losing sight of the implementation and regularly reviewing the project, detecting if support is needed and whether time and resources are on schedule.
