Exchange of experiences and acquisition of good practices is a proven tool for upgrading the professional development of civil servants. Through the Mobility scheme programme, ReSPA supports them in connecting and sharing experiences enabling their professional and institutional development.

Last week, representatives of SCPC visited their colleagues in Montenegro to advance the managing process (in connection with quality management ISO processes) and human resources management focusing on their professional development and strategic planning.

They shared ideas about possible upgrades of the strategic planning, new ways of conducting training/education of the staff and the certification/implementation of the ISO quality management standard. They also discussed the importance of greater employee stimulation in managing human resources and the advancement of the learning processes in creating competent staff, motivated employees and an institution with integrity.
