After successfully completing two CAF Workshops, the CAF Self-Assessments team of the Ministry identified areas in need of improvement during the third and the last CAF Workshop. A group of 16 dedicated professionals from the Ministry of Public Administration developed the CAF Improvement Action Plan over two days.

They carefully selected specific actions for improvement and, through consensus, prioritised the most crucial ones to enhance the overall quality of the Ministry's performance. These key actions have been incorporated into the CAF Improvement Action Plan.

Some of these actions, categorised as "Quick wins," will be actively pursued over the next three months, while the more challenging ones will be implemented over the next two years. These actions fall under various thematic categories, including internal capacities and competence development, knowledge management, organisation development, performance management system, digitisation of internal procedures, and employee and user/customer satisfaction.

On their journey towards achieving excellence, the team will receive support from the ReSPA Regional Quality Management Team and CAF expert Philip Parzer from the Austrian KDZ. The Ministry's CAF Self-Assessment team is fully committed to working on these improvement areas, recognising that this is the only path to individual and institutional progress, ultimately resulting in better services for the citizens.
