The HRMPD Working Group Meeting was an occasion to showcase the latest updates in merit-based recruitment and performance appraisal for the year 2023. The presentation of these findings formed the foundation for in-depth discussions, allowing participants to glean insights from one another's experiences and seek inspiration for reforms and further advancements.

Esteemed senior civil servants involved in HRMD from relevant Civil Service Agencies/HR Institutions, senior officials from ministries handling HRMD matters, and individuals responsible for program planning in pertinent training academies, schools, or departments, gained valuable perspectives on current issues within HRMD.
