ReSPA Mobility Scheme: Human Resources Management Service Team from Serbia Embarked on Learning Journey to Key Italian Institutions for Human Resources
21-22 March 2024, Rome, Italy
Within the ReSPA Mobility Scheme Programme, the HRMS team from Serbia exchanged and learned from their counterparts from the key Italian institutions for human resources.
At the Italian National Administration School (SNA), they delved deep into senior civil servants' recruitment and selection processes, thanks to insights from Ambassador Massimo Gaiani, Ms Michaela Travaglini, and Ms Sabrina Bandera.
At the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, they gained valuable knowledge from Ms Cristina Caputo, Gabriele Luca Fava, and Marianna Haddad about the recruitment of future diplomats.
The highlight of the visit was at the Department for Public Administration, where Ms Irene Improta and her team introduced them to the innovative recruitment platform InPA. Additionally, at the Service, assistance, study and training centre for the modernization of PAs - FormezPA, Mr Alessandro Benzia and his team shed light on the recruitment process of civil servants and the burgeoning network of testing centres at the local level.
ReSPA stays committed to allowing public administration teams to exchange and gain a deeper understanding of various subject matters from their EU peers, this time about highly-ranked professionals in the recruitment processes.
