Director Handjiska-Trendafilova and Prime Minister Spajić: ReSPA Plays Vital Role in Strengthening Regional Administrative Capacities for Effective Growth Plan Implementation and Reform Agendas

A fruitful meeting between Director HANDJISKA-TRENDAFILOVA, Programme Coordinator Genti XHAXHIU and Prime Minister Milojko SPAJIĆ and his team underscored the positive trajectory in the collaboration between the ReSPA and the Government of Montenegro.
The discussion focused on the dynamics of the European Integration process and the heartfelt appreciation of the public servants who dedicatedly advanced the process.
Prime Minister Spajić was briefed on the portfolio of ReSPA activities and initiatives and praised the enhanced regional dimension of ReSPA as a leading institution in the Western Balkans, devoted to advancing the public sectors' administrative capacities and resilience and advocating and supporting good governance reforms.
Spajić welcomed ReSPA’s direct support to Montenegro through several technical assistance projects in HRMD, Digitalization, Policy Coordination and Service Delivery, enabling public officials to expedite the EU accession process and modernise public services.
“Now, ReSPA is even more empowered and dedicated to equipping civil servants with the skills needed for future roles within EU institutions, bodies, and agencies. We aim to actively contribute to regional endeavours by enhancing administrative capacities, ensuring the seamless implementation of Growth Plans, and advancing Reform Agendas” concluded Director HANDJISKA-TRENDAFILOVA.
