CAF 2020 Webinar
The standard for Excellent Management in Public Administration
ReSPA and KDZ are actively working on strengthening and implementing CAF among Western Balkan public administrations.
ReSPA is continuing to implement Common Assessment Framework (CAF) as a tool for quality management and public administration reform in the Western Balkans, jointly with experts from the Centre for Public Administration Research (KDZ).
CAF offers fast access to an organizational assessment of public administrations and enables leadership to gain deep insights into status and improvement areas of their organization.
Building on the current momentum of successfully implemented CAF programmes in numerous institutions, the CAF 2020 Webinar will be organized via Zoom on 23 July 2020, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon (3 hours).
The trainers will be Thomas Prorok and Philip Parzer from the KDZ-Centre for Public Administration Research and Goran Pastrovic, ReSPA Programme Manager.
The Members of the ReSPA Working Group on Quality Management will be introduced with a practical and hands-on approach to quality management with the new CAF 2020.
Thomas Prorok will present CAF2020, focusing on its methodology for continuous organizational improvement and leading change with CAF by identifying organizational improvement areas.
Philip Parzer will elaborate on all aspects of the CAF implementation in an organization, focusing on CAF Programme plan and implementation and its contribution to public administration reform.
Participants will have an opportunity to clarify potential ambiguities during two breakout sessions with the trainers, and also to continue collaboration with the trainers through online-mentoring sessions.
