ReSPA will support the SEECP Junior Diplomats' Forum, on 26-28 March 2025 in Tirana, Albania.

Organized under the SEECP Chairmanship-in-Office of Tirana and in cooperation with the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) and the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA), this Forum brings together young diplomats from South East Europe to enhance their diplomatic skills, foster regional cooperation, and engage in discussions on key geopolitical and governance topics.

The Forum’s agenda includes expert-led sessions on Complexity Theory in diplomacy, negotiation simulations, and communication and public relations training. Participants will also explore the European integration prospects for non-EU SEECP participants and regional cooperation under the SEE 2030 Strategy. Beyond the sessions, the programme features networking opportunities, cultural excursions, and high-level discussions, reinforcing the importance of regional dialogue and cooperation.
